No tefund

I’ve been waiting for a refund for 2 months now. Bought a hoover board and battery was not good coz it would just work for 5 minutes then it’s off so I returned it and they said they would send back to supplier to repair so I had to wait for 3 weeks after asking time and time again what is happening then they send me a wrong hoover board which was pink yet mine was blue so I sent it back and asked for a refund coz I’m sick of this return return business so now I’m waiting for refund. Never ever buy any electric stuff from snatcher.
