NO SERVICE AVAILABLE

Unfortunately there is not an option of 0 stars. They do not deserve the one star at all since there is NO SERVICE OR CUSTOMER CARE AVAILABLE. I ordered a multifunctional pot and artificial grass but only received the grass no pot. Then received e mail that my order was fulfilled??? Then after numerous days of waiting for response they said they do not have stock. Why do they allow people to order out of stock items because the website indicated IN STOCK therefore I paid. They offered a voucher or refund and I said I need a refund. Banking details was submitted and acknowledgement of receipt was received. Then it was indicated the refund would take 7 days. That was on 5 July 2023 but up to today still no refund. Even if it was business days it is far beyond 7 days now and I only receive silence and ignorance from Snatcher. First I was told the account department is having backlog and is busy and now all my correspondence and e-mails are ignored for more than 3 days now. The account department surely did not have any backlog when they received my money. but now that I need a refund suddenly there is backlog. I see that even other people complained about the same thing and the poor communication which means it is a habit. No response no explanation no refund! Which means I paid for something that I did not receive yet Snatcher is enjoying my money. If customer care communicate and explain and provide date of refund I would have peace but I and all my communication is ignored. I guess I must assume that the refund will never be done yet they received the money and confirmed in writing that I did not receive the item. In our current economical circumstances people can simply not afford to order things that they are not having any benefit from - it is very very hard earned money! TERRIBLE lack of service and Dishonesty. I recommend you stay very very far away from this store, unless you want to donate your money. How is it acceptable to not providing a item and then e mail order was fulfilled and no refund made?
