No service at all

What poor Service or no service at all, I have ordered a new strap for my Fitbit and paid, according to the Snatcher system it was delivered, I have logged several requests, at least 10, no feedback on one of these, and up until today I haven't received my product, order number 299623, I tried calling the number on their web site but it does not work anymore due to the high volumes of calls. I won't recomend this site to anyone.
