NO SERVICE AND LIES!!!!!!!!!!

This company is the worst!!! I placed an order for 30 seconds junior on the 11 April 2022. Waited 3 weeks with no updates on their system to finally be told they only have 30 seconds and not the junior version. I requested a refund and was told it will be processed by Thursday last week. Today 09/05/2022 ,I'm being told my refund will only be processed this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a naggy crying child because iof your non existent service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please do my refund SO I CAN BUY MY CHILD THE GAME SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
