NO RESPONSE ON RETURNS

I have requested a return on a product on 24/11 but until today I still have not receive any communication from Snatcher. The products and pricing may be cheaper on some products but i would not suggest buying anything from them you don't know enough about. Their delivery takes must longer than any other online store and they don't have any after sales support
