NO RESPONSE : NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT PROVIDER - REALLY FEDUP

I am beyond frustrated. I've ordered from Snatcher a few times before with no complaints. My latest order did not include one of the items I ordered and most frustrating is that it is the main item I was wanting.

You can't call them and talk to a human as "due to the nature of our business we no longer accept incoming calls. Please redirect your query to ***" - which I've done, but have not heard a thing back. In this business and especially in this situation, it would be helpful to be able to speak to someone who can find out why they don't respond to emails.

After this experience, I will definitely not be purchasing from them again.
