No response, half delivered order, worse customer service

,I am becoming highly frustrated as the order on my account say the order has been fulfilled yet on the side I only received one item, the lack of following up is appauling,

I have had no feedback whatsoever,

Please re reimburse my money, I will buy the following product missing
