No response for complaints

I have been buying from Snatcher which they promptly deliver but they didnt deliver 1 item that i ordered. Its an expensive and i necessary item. They dont take calls so I emailed them many times but to no avail. They just ignore you. The value of the item is around R800..they dont even acknowledge receipt of complaints so i will never buy from them again.
