No respond about my refund on order number 382069

I ordered a tripod selfie stick was in July 2024 and was told it was out of stock and they offered me to choose a voucher or a refund I opted for the voucher as I wanted to place an order for something else but noticed they were not respond the decided to opt for the refund till today I'm not getting any respond about the refund under order number 382069
