NO REPLACEMENT RECEIVED FOR POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT

I ordered two s******s from this online store last year which I received in December to gift as Christmas presents to my nieces. Unfortunately within the same day of use the s******s broke and I filed a complaint about the product as well as a replacement for them, they were quick to respond about the the enquiry for the replacement but til this day I am still waiting to receive my product that they have promised.
