No refunds processed for orders Snatcher cancelled - No communication, worst customer experience!!!

My first experience with Snatcher had been excellent and thus I jumped right into buying more items from them. Unfortunately, this second experience has been horrible. I ordered 2 items on the 26th of June.

During payment, after I approved the transaction on my banking app, their system froze and I had to redo the payment process, thus I paid twice for the same order figuring once it had been placed I would be able to get a refund for the amount that was taken a 2nd time.

I followed up 10 days later as it still had not been shipped. I was advised by Snatcher they had a problem with the supplier but they are hoping to ship this soon. More time passed and I went and checked my account again since I still had not heard anything only to see that the order had been cancelled without me getting any notification of this nor, you would assume then, an automatic refund of the cancelled order.

After following up I was advised there was a system glitch that previously prevented the refund but they are processing it now after I had to submit banking info and proof of payment which I did immediately.

Well this, the 19th of July, was the last time I have ever heard from anyone at Snatcher. I have sent emails, used their online contact forms, provided all my info again and been as patient as possible but after 3 separate follow-ups and no number to call since you cannot phone them, I guess to prevent their phone from ringing the whole day from upset customers, I have now had it with them.

I have advised during my last 2 follow-ups that if I do not hear from them and they assist me they will leave me no choice but to post this online, still no one cared enough. I will be reporting them further as at present this seems like outright theft to me of my money.
