No refunds from Snatcher. Emails, posts and phone calls get ignored.

I have had 2 orders in a row that have been delivered incomplete from Snatcher, but the items that they did not deliver are still for sale on their website! They have sent me vouchers and the voucher states please contact us if you would like a refund instead. I have sent numerous emails for the refunds which they have ignored. I have posted on their FB page and they have just deleted my posts and turned off all comments on posts. Today their phone lines are now not working.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, absolutely disgraceful and no answers as to why they are still selling stuff on their website that they are unable to deliver/do not have stock of.
