No refund to date

I placed an order on the 15th of May and for some reason they cancelled my order after a month of not fulfilling it. They decided to refund my money which I accepted but to date no refund has been processed. I have sent numerous emails requesting my refund but keep getting the same response back 'sorry for the inconvenience caused ' and that they have a backlog of refunds to work through and that they have marked my refund as urgent. It's taking you more than a month to refund my money. I find it very hard to believe.
