No Refund till today-They rip you off!!!!

I bought a pancake maker which was delivered to me, however what it states on the box and site is not what you get. I sent an email to the info email regarding a return, with no response. I tried calling the number which rings and rings until you get cut off. I posted a comment on their FB page with no response. How can such a company sell products and be unavailable to assist with a refund if no form of communication works??? I eventually tried login into my account to get someone to answer my request on chat. I spoke to Thando who advised me that I will get my refund and someone will collect the pancake maker. I asked for more details, only to be told that this will happen last week. Today is the 1st and no refund has been made and no contact has been made to me to pick up the pancake maker. I will never use Snatcher again or recommend them to anyone. Extremely frustrated with the service!!! I need a solution ASAP.........The CPA, does not condone or entertain such business, and I'll be happy to send my complaint to them if this is not resolved.
