No Refund received!

Still waiting fior my refund for a broken item that was returned more than a month ago and for items ordered and paid that weren’t delivered. Very annoying!! Communication of delivery is really slow, and delivery takes very long. Also they sometimes don’t have stock of the item ordered. Don’t think I will buy from them again!
