No refund processed

As per the previous response from Snatcher I quote “…Upon reviewing your case, we have confirmed that your refund request has been logged and is currently in our processing queue. Rest assured, our team is actively working to expedite this process as quickly as possible.” I expected that by today I will get my money back, nothing yet and no communication about the lead time as to when the money will be paid back.

I will never again shop at this store, and I will make sure that anyone I know will never dare shop at Snatcher. They are unreliable and do not deserve to be called a store. I have been waiting for days for my hard-earned cash and is still not paid. No estimated time of payment. Thank you for bad and poor service!!!
