No refund, only excuses and excuses

I bought items online for R555 Order no.346186 around the 14th of December. I cancelled the order before delivery. I've sent several emails requesting my refund. I haven't received my refund till now, it's been promises and excuses until now. I'm super frustrated with Snatcher! Based on the reviews I see here I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company!
