NO REFUND ON ITEMS PURCHASED

I bought a table online in black ,they sent me a brown ugly color that i did not order .Now I'm asking for my refund and they wont give it to me, its been over 3 weeks now and no communication ,i sent an email they said they will refund me but still nothing 3 weeks later.R400 they owe me and i want my money.Anyway i will never ever buy from this store again,poor service.They will send you something even if you did not order to replace the item they didn't have because i guess they don't wanna give you your money back.
