No Refund on Defective Products

I order 3 EMS foot massagers from Snatcher the Monday before mother's day. They were all gifts to others. I was so impressed that the items were delivered on Mothers Day morning. Upon dishing out these gifts I find out that not a single one of these work the way it was intended! I have been liaising with Snatcher since 16/05/2023 and yet to have a resolution on this. They claim free returns on their website for a situation like this and then this morning I receive an email stating that I now need to deliver these at my cost to them and there is still no guarantee that I will be getting my refund thereafter!!! The customer service and post sale service really sucks. I am now fed up and will take this up further. I want my refund!
