No Refund in Site

I ordered products from snatcher in December. I received an email the first week of January stating that the products were sold out and asking if I wanted to have a credit or a refund. I asked for a refund. That was in the second week of January. I was told that the refund would take approximately 2 weeks. After numerous emails that I have sent I have still not received my refund, or an explanation has to why it has not been done.
