No refund from snatcher and products bad quality

I ordered on the 18th of June. Sent emails twice to find out what was going on with my order as I hadnt gotten feedback. Only on the 3rd of July I got an email saying that am item was out of stock,and another then saying my delivery would be delivered by the 5th. I then requested a refund for the out of stock item, which I still have not received! It is the 11th of August and I have not received my refund. After sending emails the best that can be said is that there's a huge backlog in refunds. That just makes me think is the company so bad that so many people have requested refunds?I read on hello Peter about how many people still haven't received their refunds!! So do you think that if you take long enough I will forget about the money I spent and got nothing l for? The piano/keyboard I purchased is extremely filmsy and some keys don't even work!! This was the 1st time I have ordered from you guys and i am not happy at all with the service! I have gotten to the point of now telling friends and family not to order from you guys! I mean you can give a way a R1000 but not give me my refund??
