No refund from Snatcher

I have now been waiting for more a month for a refund on a nebulizer that did not work. I have sent so many emails of which most are not rep****. Promise after promise is made. I cannot believe that a company would treat their clients in this way. I am very disappointed and angry. Shame on you Snatcher.
