No refund after18 days when items were not available
placed an order on 1 May 2023 for two items and i was informed on 8 May that these two items were no longer stocked. The promised a refund. I then forwarded my banking details on 9 May 2023. Up to today there is still no sign of my money being refunded today 2023-05-27.
I have ordered regularly from Snatcher witout a problem, but *** oh ***, if there is a priblem., they do not seem to be able to handle it. Abso lutely NO correspondence since 8 May.
