No refund after a month!

I ordered goods from Snatcher and a month later I am still given the run around on a refund. This is unacceptable! How do you get to keep my money when you have not delivered on your part? This is daylight *******. I've been taken pillar to post and still no refund. Stay away from this online platform, nothing short of *******.
