No refund after 8 weeks

8 weeks and counting still no refund. I bought a carpet on 23rd of May, after 10 days I enquired and I was told it was out of stock and I will be refunded my 450. Until this day they have blocked me on all their social platforms for asking about my money. Email they respond after 2 weeks and promise to prioritize the refund. Please don't even bother to respond because I have given up on my money. Just want people to be aware that this company is *****
