No refund after 37 days, can this be regarded as theft?

Can we please give a zero star rating. Firstly my order came approx in time. Only to find the quality was like printed by kid from website (for monopoly board games)

Secondly getting a hold of them was a mission as no one responds!

Thirdly the items have been sent back and confirmed received on 10 April, it's now over 30 days and I still don't have confirmation of refund or any confirmation from them, I've looked through my account from 16/04 and cannot see the refund
