No refund after 3 weeks!

On the 13th of December I placed an order incorrectly (order number 346047) and on the same day I sent an email to Snatcher to inform them that I bought something incorrectly and that I would like a refund on this item. After numerous emails back and forth they came back to me on the 22nd of December stating that this matter has been passed on to the financial department for a refund. It has been 12 days and no one has contacted me to say where they are in the process of refunding me! I have sent them emails each day asking for an update, but they just ignore you completely! This is pathetic of a company!
