No Refund a month later...

I paid R783.83 on 25 April 2024 for a order I was struggling to finalize online. They suggested I make the payment into their bank account, which I did. They had to process my order as I sent them a screen grab and pop, but only gave me a voucher code. When I wanted to use the voucher on exactly the same order, it was more expensive. I requested a refund which Tashriek Rustin (***) was assisting me with. Empty promises of a refund and I am struggling a month later to get my money back!! Will not suggest you use Snatcher.co.za.
