No refund

I still have not received my refund that was due 2 months ago ( order No. 337193) Even after writing a review on Hellopeter, and Snatcher responding, promising that I'll get the refund within 5 days. It's now been a month, no communication from their side, my emails are not being responded to.

This is the worst service ever, to think that I've been a regular and loyal customer to Snatcher, even though their prices are high as most of the things they are selling are available at Dragon city at half the price. I truly regret ever purchasing anything from this company.
