No progress updates since payment was made 15 days ago - first time customer

This is the first time that I am ordering from Snatcher and this is the worst experience. I placed an order on the 11th of March hoping to gift someone on the 25th. To date there has been no change in status on the items I bought.

After checking the reviews on Hello Peter I feel Snatcher is a ****. It's either you allow me to collect my items tomorrow or you refund me immediately so that I go to more reliable service providers unlike yourselves.
