No order received - no feedback from Snatcher

I have been waiting on my order from the 18/12/2023 i paid them in full for only 2 items, it's a full 2 weeks and no one communicate anything. I need to chase after them and then they don't even respond to my email. I think this online shopping site has to close down hence they have no customer service experience. I have even asked for a refund and to date no one responded.
