No order received

In December 2022 I order the magic hose only to find after a couple of uses it broke. I let them know about it and they gave me a voucher, first for a lesser amount and then it was rectified for the correct amount. Then I order a new hose in January and did not receive it. Again I enquired about it on 6th February 2023. I was asked what my order number was which I didn't receive but the R79 shipping was deducted from my bank account and I attached the pop. Still no one got back to me, already I had to pay again for shipping for a faulty product they sold to me. I was constantly emailing Nqobile Ngema customer support agent bt never heard of her again. Then when you call *** the message you get, due to the nature of their business they no longer except call bt you must email info@snatcher blah blah blah, why is this number still on your site etc. And no service agent is actually compotent to deal with queries. I have a reference no. #661478, which is useless as it say that within 48hrs someone will get back to me. Bunch of bull really. Waiting since January which already cost me more than R300 for a stupid hose that nobody can resolve. I will never buy or encourage any one to order from them, they don't understand their nature of business.
