No order no money

I placed an order with the company on the 23rd of August 202 4 for a 4 HOLE DESIGN NON-STICK FRYING PAN with a cost of R248 the amount that was deducted on the 27th of August 2024. Contact details don't exit.

today is the 12th of September 2024. No money no frying pan.
