No order, but funds deducted.

Snatcher.co.za made an unauthorized deduction from my credit card. I was busy placing an order that failed because an item in my cart went out of stock, however Snatcher still went ahead and charged my card. They claim they wouldn't reverse the charge but could do a transfer to my bank account. I supp**** my bank details and it has been almost 2 weeks and still no sign of my refund. To complicate matters, another order was delivered short, received no communication from them and now I am owed a refund for that too. Let buyers beware, Snatcher is quick to take money, slow to refund what they are not entitled to. I can't recommend them. Theres some shadiness to their business practices, which is disconcerting because haven't had issues before, but now when I need the service they are missing.
