No items delivered and no refund.

My order was partially delivered on 08/04 cos there was no stock and this I had to find out by contacting them. Then one of the items they delivered was not even half full. I let them know that same day till today I haven't received my items. Empty promises have been made by their customer service and I have asked for a refund cos this particular online shopping experience has become a nightmare when online shopping is supposed to be easy and stress free. Now they are ignoring my requests for a refund and not replying to my mails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE cos if u have a problem after paying there is no service. This 3rd purchase with them was my last one.
