No help with canceling order.

I put a mug in my basket. It was under R200.00. While I was struggling to make payment on the site, the price changed. This was without my knowledge. After the payment was done, I saw this. I immediately emailed Snatcher to not pack the mug as I was not ordering a mug for R600.00! I was told that it has already been packed and given to the courier. My status on their site said otherwise. It said the order was given to the supplier but not yet packed. I sent another 4 emails but I was rudely told that I should have checked the price before paying. I explained again that I struggled with the payment and thus was under the impression that it was still the price that I have selected. I then asked I'd I could send it back once I have received it and was told no... no returns on international purchases. This was not stated on this product.
