No feedback on returned goods

I've ordered from snatcher 3 times and all of them quite big orders. They arrived timeously although all items were not received. I was notified with my first order that they did not have stock an item and wanted to give me store credit. I did not receive it and couldn't utilize it with my 2nd order. I requested it to be paid back to me. They requested my bank details and it was refunded within 7 working days. There were 2 items in my first order that i was not happy with. I did the return and was collected on the 12th of May 2021. I am yet to receive feedback. I've been emailing numerous times but no response. I emailed to the same email address which seems to be the same person replying on my last order which had items missing. I did not get a courtesy email to let me know. I had to ask a few times and then they finally asked for my bank details and it was refunded but still no response on the return I did.
