No feedback from Snatchers after payment

I bought a photography backdrop at Snatchers on the 23rd of October 2023. Paid and everything. Up to date I didn't hear a word from them. I've been sending emails, but only getting those automatic feedback emails>? Anyone experiencing the same and will they eventually ship or something?
