NO Feedback, after Paymet went through, but Transaction did not!
Tried to do a purchase on 18/03/2022.
Paid with Secure Credit Card as payment method.
Payment was Successful, but the Order didn't register they payment, and didn't complete.
Payment initially reflected as Pending on my Credit Card Statement, but completed a couple of days later.
Been querying it, via email, since then - received unhelpful replies on 23/03/2022 (Payment still showed as Pending) and 28/03/2022 (Suggested I repeat the transaction, choose EFT as payment without paying - not practical, as discount voucher had expired).
Radio Silence since then, so moved the Query to Hello Peter in stead - not sure they would care though...

06 Apr 2022, 18:29Eventually got the Order sorted out - had to redo, with EFT as Payment Option, after which the previous successful card payment was allocated, and the order delivered.
Though their prices are OK, don't expect great service or quick delivery...
