No delivery received and radio silence on refund

After more than a month of paying and 2 weeks of the courier losing the parcel, I'm still no nearer to receiving my money back. The fact that the only contact number for snatcher has a voice prompt telling you to email them instead should already be a red flag. Dont expect a response to enail oelr website chat once you've paid. I'm preparing for legal action at the moment
