NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. EMPTY PROMISES.

On 25 April 2023 I ordered a product from Snatcher for the first time. On 14 May 2023 I contacted them as I had not received delivery. Apparently the product was out of stock, no one informed me, and no attempt was made to refund my money. After numerous back and forths, I was told on 15 May 2023 that my refund would be issued after 7 days (not working days). This is laughable, but not surprising from this company. It is now 2 June 2023 - 19 days later - and no refund has been received. I want my refund and to warn others against the pathetic service from Snatcher.
