NO DELIVERY ,NO CONTACT ,NO APOLOGY ,NO SERVICE

I placed an order with Snatcher an online company by early August then paid via eft CAPITEC 288 for a 3 -tier Space safer for the bathroom on 01 August 2021. i have been following up via email ,still today no delivery this is not acceptable they do not have the best service and they contact details are a hoax you cannot call them a voice recorder answers you ,i never ever spoke to anyone whatsoever they contact me via email promising they will expedite my orer a week later i am still waiting please help me contact this people either money back or my order to be delivered .How can we trust them if they do not as per their disclaimers etc.

Can someone call me back or email me this is so urgent.
