No delivery after 10 days

I have ordered 10 days ago still saying order collected no communication received no update if I don't get my product from you or the courier with proper tracking details I'll come to Kempton Park myself with a court letter of ***** and theft I stay 36km away from you guys how bad can this get its ridiculous
