No customer service from Snatcher

Ordered 4 items & only 2 delivered, but invoice stated all delivered. Sent an email as you cannot phone them, 2 days later told that they were out of stock and I had to request a refund. Then took a further 2 days as a proof of account was required by them! Was told it would take 7 days to refund, 2 weeks later and still waiting. Now being told that they are overwhelmed with refunds (this in itself tells a story). Terrible customer service and no communication, no contact information and difficult to get hold of.
