NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SNATCHER

My wife purchased some snatcher Items, and payment was made and deducted, proof was sent to snatcher after it did not pull through automatically, but now there is no word from snatcher, unable to resolve, unable to get the items, unable to get a refund...
