No customer service at all from Snatcher

I placed an order (SNR***) on the 27th of May for Magic Stretchy Sand, Purple and Pink and when I placed the order, there was stock. Today I phoned to find out where my order is, as the website says delivery takes 7 to 10 days and I want the order as it is a birthday present for tomorrow. They then informed me the Pink stretchy sand is out of stock and on backorder. When I placed the order there was stock!! But after numerous emails since last week, Snatcher just doesn't reply. Now I must settle for two of the color Purple just to get my order today. Snatcher doesn't have any customer support at all. They don't tell you what the hold up is. They don't respond to any emails. Oh and according to their site, the phone lines are down and customer service is actively attending to emails, which is not the case.
