No customer service

I ordered a few things with snatcher online the 25th February 2022, on my Monday the 07 March 2022 the parcels were collected by courier on the 8th March I received an sms that my address is incorrect fair enough I called the Dawn wing courier address amended a lady there promised delivery the next day the 9th March. When I tracked the parcel it was still not on delivery I called to my surprise i am told the same story as on the 8th March I advise this was fixed and I fixed it again I am still promised delivery today . Guess what I tracked today still not on delivery I called spoke to Octavia requested that I get a call to tell of an arrangement to deliver my parcel before 15H00 as I am leaving for KZN nothing happened. I escalated to the service provider snatcher they also had no interest as nothing happened to resolve my query. This is disgusting service really never use them again their courier service is horrible.
