NO customer service

i do not recommened using snatcher at all! you wait two weeks to receive your item, there is NO customer service. when you receive the item the quality is terrible and not as advertised, and the item is not what you ordered. there is no one to phone you have to send emails to return or refund the item. No one replies to your email or complaint, all you get is the same gerneric response. Very frustrated and irritated for such a new company. i do not recommend them at all!
