No communication or help. Will not order again!

Very disappointed!! Ordered products about 3 weeks ago. After a few days I got a notification that said my products were on it's way, but got a mail after that to say "Sorry for the delay in communication but the following item is out of stock". I can't understand that it did not show out of stock, but they said they will give me credit. I mailed back and asked then what about shipping fees, as I will have to pay it AGAIN if I order something with the credit, and the shipping fees are not cheap. Now I only get automated mails and none of my questions answered. I don't even see the supposed "credit" on my account. I hope I can get my money back or get this sorted, since I had to spend extra money on Christmas presents for their lack of communication. I feel it is utterly unfair for me to pay extra for a mistake that they made!
