No communication or feedback

Not impressed,the communication is not good at all. Snatcher doesn't contact you regarding your order. You have to run around and try and find awners, if I didn't do this my parcel would still not be here. Only reason for the 2nd stars is that when I eventually received my parcel,the item was as advertised.
